CHLOE - Tattoo Artist

Chloe's goal as a tattoo artist is to give beautiful, unique tattoos, provide a comfortable, and an enjoyable experience for all of her clients.  She is open to doing many different types and subjects of tattoos, and is happy to work with clients to bring their ideas to life.  Her favorite types of tattoos to do would be anything cute or creepy!  She has tons of flash art available which you can find on her Instagram along with more of her tattoo work.
